산엔청 SAN CHEONG SANCHEONG

Jirisan Mountain is the 1st National Park of Korea, with numerous high peaks and clean streams running throughout it. Cheonwangbong Peak (1,915m) is recognized to reflect the spirit of Koreans and the divine peak of the people. The magnificent scenery of sunrise emitting bright rays over the sea of clouds surrounding the peak as it dawns stirs awe to its viewers as if they are witnessing the first day of the world. The mountain’s magnificent boulders, waterfalls, standing dead trees, snowy landscape, mysterious sunset, and the beautiful sceneries throughout the four seasons are the sights beyond words.
